Artifact: Lesson Plan on Letter Formation

Description of Artifact: This is a lesson plan I used to meet my students' needs. I was able to create developmentally appropriate instruction considering their individual learning needs and strengths to aid to the growth and understanding of grade appropriate content standards.
Rationale: This artifact demonstrates my ability to consider diverse learning needs and implement modifications and accommodations for many students within one lesson plan.
