Description of Artifact: This artifact is a summary of an IEP meeting where we discuss the students current strengths and weaknesses. The meeting discussed how we are going to strengthen specific skills to build upon specific content areas.

Rationale: I chose this artifact because it represents my effort to have a better understanding of helping a specific student to build specific skills to meet certain content area standards attending an IEP meeting.
