Indicator: 2(f) Accesses resources, supports, and specialized assistance and services to meet particular learning differences or needs. 

Description of Artifact: This artifact is a picture communication board and it is utilized to aid communication, help students to transition between activities or to lessen unwanted behaviors. It has two sections. The left side shows tasks that are scheduled for the student to do and the left side shows which of those task they have completed. Specifically this artifact was used to help communicate with a student with Autism and who speaks English as a second language. 

Rationale: This artifact, specifically demonstrates my ability to effectively use  a tool that allows the student to receive inclusion and to fully participate in all activities. PECS helping to communicate a schedule for those with disabilities effecting their ability to interpret communication or disabilities impacting behavior. I was able to access these supports through my mentor teacher for specific students and following their visual schedule helped them to stay on task and to learn to make smoother transitions.
