Description of Artifact: This artifact demonstrates an accessible place for accessing federal laws of importance as an educator that I am able to examine as necessary to ensure ethical and professional instruction to my student learners, families and community,
Rationale: This artifact demonstrates my ability to utilize the laws for all educators and ensures I am responding appropriately to the law for differing individualized scenarios that may include parents, teachers or students.
